This course is designed to give foreign domestic helpers basic skills required to bake cakes, desserts, bread and cookies. It covers a variety of recipes and techniques. It is fully hands-on so that they will get to practice all recipes in class.

At the end of the 6 lessons, they will be awarded a Certificate of Completion.

The classes are conducted on the second and fouth Sundays of the month so that it is convenient to attend on off days.

    Lesson 2:  23 February - Bread:  Three-colour Vegetable Bread

    Lesson 3:  8 March - Puff Pastry Pies: Chicken Pies and Egg Tarts

    Lesson 4:  15 March and 22 March - Birthday Cake

    Lesson 5:  5 April and 12 April - Pound Cake and Coffee Cookies

    Lesson 6:  19 April and 26 April - Festive Baking: Tapak Kuda and Nutella Tarts


    Time:  11 am to 2.00 pm (Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of class)



    Full Course $170 per person

    Individual Lessons:  $35 per lesson
