The Black and White cake has a dramatic checkered pattern that is created with alternate lines of coffee mousse and chocolate fudge. It is layered between soft chocolate chiffon sponge to keep the cake light. The cake is finished with a mirror glaze. 

This is a hands-on class. Participants will work individually to each make a Black and White Cake.
