We will be making two lovely recipes in this class.  The Japanese Shortcake consists of a soft vanilla sponge cake that is made using egg seperation method. It is filled with fresh fruit and cream and decorated with simply with fresh fruit. 


You will learn the French Method of Macaron making to make a set of Chocolate Macaron in class.  Get all the tips and tricks from creating a perfect meringue to controlling the bake.  


This is a hands-on class. Participants will be working individually (single sign ups) or in pairs (pair sign ups) to make both recipes.
